Breguet Perpetual Calendar #1821 Wristwatch in 18K Bought at Sotheby s in the 90s (box still has original Sotheby s tag), this watch is in MINT condition. I hardly wore it, and when off my wrist it was in a winding box. The face and dial are in pristine condition - as shown in the photos (NOTE ALSO: the cab sapphire on the winding stem). Measurements: the three piece case is 36mm in diameter & 6mm thick. Sale of this watch also includes: ORIGINAL watch band & buckle (see photo), ORIGINAL 18k push pin, ORIGINAL box with papers.
